What’s in a name? The “121” in our name is the longitude of Bend, Oregon, our home base. But it also reflects our approach to business, giving customers 1-2-1 attention throughout the entire tiny home build process–from pre-planning, design, pre-fabrication of your tiny house shell to delivery of your custom tiny.

We can provide tiny house kits and shells for delivery in all 50 states, with our clients placing their tiny homes in Oregon, Washington, California, Minnesota, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona. WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT

Our tiny house kits, tiny home shells, turnkey tiny homes are constructed to last with over 15 years hands-on building experience. And as members of the American Tiny House Association (ATHA), the Tiny Home Industry Association (THIA) and a sponsor of the Tiny House Alliance USA you can have confidence that our tiny home builds meet or exceed the highest standards in our industry.

Our builds may be certified by the National Organization of Alternative Housing (NOAH), and we adhere to Appendix Q Tiny Houses part of the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), providing a pathway for our clients to receive a Certificate of Occupancy (COO) for their tiny house when built to meet the provisions of the adopted code appendix. So depending upon your local zoning and code requirement that means you may be able to place your tiny house on a foundation.

Our kits, shells and tiny homes are built with steel 18-24 gauge thickness providing 2×4 and 2×6 exterior wall, roofing and loft panels, which is 25x stronger and 40-60% lighter than wood, and everything is built in our indoor shop, out of the elements.
