Alameda Tiny Homes is about one thing- building you a new home, in your backyard! We Design Permit and Build ADUs in the City of Alameda.

We started Alameda Tiny Homes to take the guesswork out of the backyard cottage Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) building process. Our pre-designed ADU layouts, ADU custom designs and comprehensive ADU permitting and construction services mean you can get that extra space you need quickly without any guesswork on pricing or process. We even offer expedited permitting for ADUs in the City of Alameda.

These are not prefabricated boxes built in a far away factory. We design and build our ADUs from the ground up. This gives you an heirloom quality building that will last for generations.
