About Us

Braveheart Properties of Brevard is a tiny home and small cottage community located in Cocoa, Florida. We are proud to say that we were the first tiny home community in Brevard County! Braveheart Properties of Brevard was born out of a desire to provide our community and others with affordable, beautiful, and smaller home options.

We offer a unique sense of community and a greater sense of true self-sufficiency.  You won’t run out of things to do in this area as there are nearby tourist attractions and even theme parks within a short drive. Minutes away from beautiful beaches, amazing shopping, a variety of dining options, and local attractions, Braveheart offers their residence the best of simple Florida living. Our property includes communal gardens, walking trails, sunsets on the dock, and you can enjoy each space launch just by walking out your front door! We are also excited to announce that we are in the permitting process to create a community clubhouse which will include a pool, and recreational area for our residence to enjoy year-round.
