We believe we can live more consciously on this planet by reducing our footprint; and what better place to start with than our homes. Our minimalistic “less, but better” approach to designing small and efficient houses, has a few benefits:

1. A smaller structure means we can build your entire home in our indoor facility. This gives us a greater degree of control over the condition of our materials as well as our fabrication quality. Your home will be protected from the elements during the build and will leave our shop completed.
2. Building smaller dwellings allows us to focus our attention on the performance of our buildings. Temperature, humidity and air flow can be regulated much more efficiently in a smaller dwelling; and it can be done using only electricity as the main source of energy.
3. We think there are lifestyle, well-being and possibly even financial benefits associated with small living but if you have gotten this far and are reading this maybe you won’t need to hear that from us!
