Insula is a licensed trailer manufacturer creating Barrier free Base Shell’s. Each trailer is manufactured with attention to detail in South Western Ontario under the company’s National Vehicle Safety Mark.

Each finished product has its own unique trailer V.I.N number and is licensed and plated.

We provide the consumer with the perfect mobile shell and then you fill in thepurpose with bolt on, bolt together components. Different packages give you choices to create many different spaces.

Our Base Shells have cross market potentials in living space, office and retail space, vacation space, garden suite or income property space, expansion washroom space or portable power generation units.

We are pioneer container up-cyclers based in Ontario who have developed ways to navigate by-laws, building codes and tilt load lifting. Our objective is to allow people to use their freedom of choice to expand any container to its greatest potential.
