This beautiful tiny home was custom built in 2018 but liberation tiny homes in PA. It’s 28 ft long and 8.5 ft wide giving you a comfortable 238 sq feet of living space. We have lived here happily for 5 years and loved every minute.
2 loft bedrooms (we used one for storage) one with staircase access and railing that can fit a king size mattress. The other can fit a full size mattress. Large opening windows on either side of both lofts allowing for lots of natural light.
Bathroom with flushing toilet, full sink, stall shower, and hookups for washer dryer 2 in 1 unit. Lots of shelving and closet space for storage too.
In the kitchen you will find beautiful butcher block counter tops, open concept shelving above subway tile backsplash and beautiful hunter green cabinetry below, a large white farmhouse sink, a 3/4 size refrigerator, 3 burner gas range, and a stainless steel oven.
Below the stairs you have multiple cabinets for additional storage. A large living room cabinet unit allows for extra storage as well. This was a must for us when building.
The house is heated and cooled with an LG mini split unit. It also features a large wood burning stove (see pictures)
Water is heated using propane.
The trailer has three 8,000 lbs axles with 6 heavy duty tires.
This would make an amazing full time residence, vacation property, or air b&b rental. Currently located on the eastern shore in Maryland at our residence but can be towed anywhere.
