This 2021 professionally built tiny home is currently off grid but can be converted to permanent infrastructure. 200 Square feet (10×20) with a 70 square foot loft, bathroom with sink and shower, kitchen sink, downstairs bedroom, and additional sleeping platform with storage underneath. There is currently a queen mattress downstairs and two twin matresses in the loft, the loft can also fit a king mattress. This home is inspired by a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian style. The distinctive charred wood exterior was made using the Japanese technique of “shou sugi ban” creating a rich, dark surface.
