Full bathroom with neo-angle shower with glass surround, standard toilet, vanity and propane on-demand hot water heater. The home is plumbed and wired for a standard hookup with options for composting toilet and/or other connections. This home also comes with wonderful Martin wall propane heater and mini cubic wood stove.

This home is fully insulated (walls and ceiling) with r13 soft touch recycled blue jean insulation. Plumbed and wired to hook into standard water, sewer and power. LED lighting throughout, along with a bathroom vent fan wired in with the bathroom light. All paint and stains are 100% zero VOC Benjamin Moore paint and tung oil and exterior is stained with Deckmate and finished with metal roofing. Additionally, we re-stained a second coat on the exterior of this home at the beginning of 2023.

This Tiny Home available is located just east of McCloud, CA/35 minutes from downtown Mt Shasta. We have a beautiful 2.5 acre off-grid working permaculture farm/homestead. The home is located on the lower section overlooking the garden/close to the quiet dirt road. You’d want a small generator for power as well. Delivery and instal is also available for a fee. My husband has been building for 20+ years and in recent years started offering mobile Tiny Homes. We build from sustainable materials with zero VOC’s or off-gassing of any kind inside. We use wood treated with natural tung oil and Benjamin Moore zero VOC paints. Insulation is R13 soft touch recycled blue jean insulation! We use bamboo floors and up-cycled parts whenever possible. We can offer additional Tiny Homes with full off-grid capability including propane on demand hot water heater, propane mini oven and 2 burner stovetop and options to add a composting toilet. If you prefer to hook into water, septic and power, we can plumb and wire them to do so. Options for adding a small solar array, propane wall heater, queen size loft and extra shelving and more are available upon request.

General builds take 6-8 weeks and require a 50% down upon signing of contract to hold your build and 50% upon delivery or pickup. Delivery and set up options also available.
