The structure now has the kitchen/dining/living space as one large, open area, and there is a separate sleeping quarters that can accommodate 7-8 people. To complete the ”rugged” feature, there is an outhouse/privy. The building is wired for a 110 generator, and water is supplied by a gravity-fed line from a spring. Please make note that the lease is for non-commercial, seasonal, and recreational purposes only, currently at an annual lease amount of $800.
